I just read an article on foxnews.comwhere the Wisconsin DNR want the hunters this year to kill any wild pig on sight. They don't care if it is with a gun or a bow, justkill them. They are sayingthey are afarid of a pseudorabies outbreak and that the pigs are causing so much damage to the farmers they want the hunters to help. So if anyone from Wisconsin should get a wild hog, maybe you should drop them off on the Anti hunter door step and tellthem that you are cleaning up there mess, again.

This has been going on for a few years already. Im heading out next spring again to the southern part of the state to see if I can blast one or two. All you need is a small game liccense unless of course you are on your own land. You can shoot pigs all year round.

Ohio's Odnr has posted the same thing. harvest every pig you get a chance at. I have yet to see one but I have seen where they have been. They can tear up a place like you wouldn't believe. I understand they are pretty tastey too. The article said they have excaped form hunting preserves?? I know they wiped out about 6 acres of field corn on our Farm in the SE part of the state. I guess the old stand by Kill Em and Grill Em applies.
