There was a buck killed in my area, ( Chemung County in upstate NY ) back many years ago that was the biggest deer ever killed in this area and it was hit by a car. I think, if I can remember right it had 20 some points and was around a 250 lb plus deer.

Beautiful buck that's for sure but........ Why is it shuch a shame. Would it not be just as bad had it been a button buck or a doe? Is it such as "damn shame" because some hunter didn't get to put it on their wall?

Deer get killed on the road by the thousands every year and no one makes a big deal about it until it has a bunch of inches of bone on its head.
