NY we have the call in sysytem since we got it about 3 yrs ago I reported everydeer we had a mail in before and there were times I would find the info still in my car 2 months later. The check stations were in the rest areas on the thruway and sometimes open and sometimes not. I find this system quicker and easier.

Cheaters will always cheat there is no system they cant circumvent.
