I have found myself in a possition where I am completely uncovered while in my ladderstand. My tree is completely bare and I am at a lose. Barring stand movement, what can I do? I thought about getting some of the camo burlap and either trying to hang it behind me. What do you all think of that or do you have another idea. Please help, I am planning on leaving work at noon tomorrow to hunt the afternoon and evening.

As long as the wind is in your face and your shooting lanes are set up to where the tree is at your back you should be ok. If not, hope your stand is high enough to keep the deer from seeing you. Good luck.

You could always cut a few small limbs that still have leaves attached and try to brush it in a bit to conceal you a little better.

Deer do not look up much. If you have good camo, you should be fine. I have one stand that is that exact way, when the leaves fall. I stand out like a sore thumb, but have never been busted. Or at least never been busted due to being seen. Just watch the deers eyes before you move.

yea, if ur up in the tree w/ camo and u limit your movement you should be ok. i was on the ground w/ no cover in front of me, dressed down in camo. i shot at a smaller buck and missed. he was looking into the woods for something but was looking like 10 feet to my right, he never saw me, then i got him.
