I have to say I am disappointed in their line this year. They didnt do anything new except for new cams on the Katera. Other than that I cant say I am impressed with any of the new companies lineups for 08' other than Bowtech. They are the only company not afraid to try new things, and they are succeeding.

What did bowtech try new THIS YEAR ?

sts? roller cable slide? I have seen both before and in no way is that a nock on them.Good ideas imo.

There is just so far ANY bow company cango from year to year as far as major "improvements" are concerned.

Don't get me wrong,I like their bows but the center pivot came out last year(and I love the design).

Check out the OTHER bows from hoyt,if you are a target shooter,ALOT to choose from and if you want real forgiving bows, even more to choose from.

I personally feel the Katera Xl will be a big seller due to the added speed.

Personally,as consumers,we need to get real sometimes with what is expected from any bow company. Most all the ideas we see today are just old ideas being remarketed.

We are just driving the prices up every year with our expectations and LITTLE is really changing.About every 5 years we see something that is really and improvement imo but we can't expect it every year from all the companies.Right now they are just rehashing old ideas and raising prices because of it.
