ok so on a bow well on the new bowtechs i seen some have adjustable letoff ... what is let off is that when u pull the bow back and it sets in place so its not like pulling ur arm the whole time b4 u release i dont know just asking lol

Say you are pulling back 60 pounds and your bow has 65% let-off...you are only holding 21 pounds back at full draw.

Most common let-offs are 65 and 80%. So you are only holding back 35% of the total draw weight (for the 65% let-off bow) or 20% of the total DW (the 80% let-off bow).

alright thanks but my bow is set at like 50 55#'s and the let offis killing my arm im def not the biggest guy here but i can hld my weight just wondering if the let off could be to high and how could i change it
