yes the windier it gets the more they are on alert i think it cuts down on what they can hear around them. eventualy you reach a point where is hurricane winds and they will stay put and ride the storm out

In Texas the wind is always blowing. Anything over 20+ is a pain, but you can't kill anything from the house.

once it gets over 15-20 mph , its time to beakout the mechanicals , and short'n the yardage Im willing to shoot .

Depends. IF you have funnels or cliffs/ledgesto hunt, wind can be your friend. If you are on flat land, it sucks.

I don't think so. I killed a deera couple of years ago with athirty mile an hour wind in my face. And yes, it was with abow.

Ditto, I've killed a couple nice bucks in very windy conditions...it was during the rut though, and nothing was keeping these bucks from trying to 'do their business'.

Once I thought it was getting too windy, then things got crazy and when it stopped, I was in Kansas. Funny, all the deer there looked like little people.
