Default To move or not to move?

Saw a nice buck yesturday and took a shot opportunity. Clipped a tree limb on the way to him and missed. While searching for the arrow I found a tremendous rub line. These trees are 5-6" diameter and shredded. Also a couple scrapes. All of these have been made within the last week. I didnt see any of this sign before the season opened here in Upstate NY. My question is should I take a midday and move a stand closer to the rub line or hope he takes a path past one of my stands already there?I want to get closer but not spook him out of the area.

If you saw him there yesterday..I'd stay put. If he comes back at all..he'll be spooky enough. I wouldn't alter the surroundings!

I went in yesturday at noon and clipped a couple limbs with a pole saw. I think I took care of the culprit that altered the arrow flight.
