Teams on this Forum?
#1
Hey guys, new to this forum and must say I enjoy it. I like it way better then the other forums I belong to. Shame it took me so long to find this one. I see there are a lot of Teams and a competition that goes on through here. Can someone explain to me how that all works. Maybe I can join next year.

Welcome! I spend some time on other forums too and I like this one the best. The guys seem to treat each other with more respect and act like adults.
This is just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt. I've learned more about ARCHERY (the technical aspect of shooting bows and tuning equipment) on Archerytalk. And I've learned more about Bowhunting (scouting, techniques, tips, etc.)on Huntingnet. But there are some archery geniuses here as well.
I think the serious archers for the most part hang out on Archerytalk and the serious bowhunters are here. That's a general statement but one that I feel is true from my experience at both places.

Well thats good to know, then I am in the right place. I am an avid Bowhunter. I feel as if i know quite a bit about bow shooting/equipment etc. And despite shooting in 2 bow leagues, I consider myself a Hunter before any of that stuff. Thanks for the welcome. Glad to have found a forum without too much nonsense. My experiences so far have been good, people seem to give great advice share experiences, and are supportive of everyone. Nice to see. Look forward to talking to ya gzg.
