Default Awesome morning

Even there was no arrows flying, I had a fantastic morning. 12 deer in all, eight does, three button buck fawns, and one doe fawn. I had deer come in from all directions, Four different times i singled out lone does to shoot and something went amis everytime. Two wind shifts [:@]and twice drawing the bow back getting ready for the shot and twice had more deer rush in and scare the crap out of the ones i was drawing on. not ment to be i guess. I was stuck in the stand until 10:00 because of deer hanging around just out of range. The cool air from last nights front moving in had them really stirred up. I love these kind of days even though i did not bring any back straps home feels like fall finally!

AMEN! When I left for work this AM the temp was in the upper 50s for the first time. Finally! I hope I get to see some deer moving soon.

I know, it felt great this morning. I am getting ready to head to Coleman to do some hunting tomorrow and Friday!

Sounds like a great AM out. That's always fun having all of that action around you. Sounds like a good spot.

Glad to hear it. No deer this morning but I did talk to some turkeys.

I done a little spot lighting on the way to work Tuesday night and seen about 30 deer. So they are on the move a little now. I am heading out Thursday evening and Friday morning.

Dan, it sounds like you still have a few deer running around there with all of the Blue Tongue talk. That's good to hear!!

Gotta love hunts like that, even if you didn't get to punch a tag!
