tenderloin, fresh from the deer, wrapped in bacon, grilled to perfection. it's a party in my mouth:D

As much as I lovetenderloin,........... I love it even more on the bone.

I'm gonna go with venison chops,prepped with a little olive oil and Montreal saesonings, then thrown on the grill(high heat)........right before you take them off(cooked med. of course) hit them with a touch of cilantro.
