I'm having tenderloin right now. Rolled in seasoned flour and fried in olive oil with sliced green peppers and onions. Once the meat was cooked, I threw in some tomato sauce. Brown beans and mac and cheese on the side. MMMMM

That's a tough one to top...second place goes to Thanksgiving dinner...turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, pumpkin pie, etc. Plus family, giving Thanks, lookingforwardto opening day of gun in PA.

With all this talk going on, I had to go take the last venison roast out of the freezer to thaw.

Although after reading this I could hear myself getting fatter, I would have to add on some Wild Turkey Nuggets in Andy's batter, and......let us not forget a cold brew to wash it down!

Nothing but a good piece of fish. It would be a toss up, but I'm going with a nice wild brook trout or walleye through the ice. Of course a nice shellcracker or bullhead is good too. And I can't leave out a good piece of grouper. OR... maybe a nice fresh lobster cooked to perfection.
