Youth hunt saturday and sunday

I was wondering. I want to go bow hunting. Do I have to wear the mininum required for orange? Hat orange and vest orange? I'm on private property. thanks

I'm assuming you're in IL.

Yes, you have to wear blaze orange this weekend.

(unless you are bowhunting in Kane (east of rt 47), Lake, Cook, or Dupage county)

Yes all hunters need orange this weekend, except goose hunters. Good luck!

As Tikka wrote, yes, you need blaze orange in WI too.

50% blaze orange is required by all hunters except waterfowl and hunters legally hunting at night such as coon and yotes. good luck this weekend to the youths partaking in this good experience.
