How many times??

Do you reuse a braodhead? Ialways retire them after on shot on a deer and I use mechs but have never replaced blades either.
I know some styles lend themselves more to being reusedbecause they can be sharpened easily.
As a side note, How many of you shoot a broadhead at a target and just put it back in your quiver for the next hunt?? Thanks.

I'd like to start my post out by saying I ALWAYS REPLACE THE BLADES with new ones (after a single shot be it game or practice when reusing it for game) and I'll reuse a broadhead as many times as it allows. As long as the furrel (sp) is straight and it plums to my arrows, simply replacing the blades makes them new broadheads.
That I know of, I've reused a Muzzy 3 times taking my bull elk, a buck and a doe that same year. The Muzzy bent in the dirt beyond the doe rendering it useless at that point.
Snypers, I know I've reused too (REPLACED BLADES) at least once on several. In fact, I just changed the blades in a used one and it's in my quiver.

This season will be the third time with the same boardhead , still sharp enough to pass through a 3D target and the back stop behind it.
I'm sure there sharp enough to pass thruogh a deer's body with no problem.

I ordered six sets of replacement blades for my Rage heads, this week. I've shot two....and I'll clean them up.....shoot them.....and if everything's OK....I'll replace the blades and re-use.
