Good luck to ya!!!

You are aware that Muzzleloading comes in on Saturday in the Eastern section???

You can use a bow on public land though, they just changed it this year...

Good luck from a nc hunter... With the deer population numbers around here you should be able to just about shoot straight up (maybe a 10 degree angle) and once it falls take a deer. The deer numbers are greater now than ever...

How ironic...I'm going to Greenwood, NY in four weeks (from NC)for my annual "get-away-from-the-wife-and-kids-and-hunt" trip. It's been pretty warm down here, and the bucks are still travelling together in parts of the Piedmont. I saw lots of doe the other afternoon, and judging from the looks of them they haven't been eating as much as they should!

I hadn't been in three weeks I think, but will be out there this afternoon and all day tomorrow - NC has good deer numbers and heckuva lot of does - first year in the last five or six hadn't seen a decent buck in the early season
