My brother and Fraley's friend should hunt together
#1
Fraley's post got me thinking. My brother isn't ready for season, at all. I bet it hasn't shot 50 arrows total for the whole year. I sold him my old Hoyt Ultra sport a few years back. The peep tubing is cracked and dry-rotted, center shot is off, quiver mount is broken, and he has only 4 arrows that are good, two of them are different kinds.
I'm going to try and help him out today. I'll get more tubing and help him there. I've tried helping him with form. The drawlength is too long. I asked if he has set him to his length, "Its set exactly where you had it." Uh...yeah but that doesn't necessarily work for you bro. Finally talked him into turning his limb bolts down.
I'm going to his house today and I'm going to try and get him on the right track. It irritates because he wonders how he injurs a deer.[:@]

I totally understand ,I think he should either hang the bow back up on the wall,or get his butt out shooting at the correct draw length. But as for hunting I think I'd call it a season and wait till next season .
