Default My New Property

Ok folks, here's the new place. The house sits just east of that 7 acre pond on a total of 51 acres in South Central Iowa. What do you think? The house is 1250 sq feet, has an attached 2 car garage, a detached 2 car garage, and a 24 x 26 morton building. How much would a place like this cost where you live? How much do you think it cost me?

I love the 7 acre pond. Do you like to fish?

Oh yeah I love to fish. The pond is stocked with Large Mouth Bass, Blue Gills, Crappie, and Channel Catfish. When I'm not doing chores, I'm fishing (until bow hunting time gets here anyway).

Beautiful property. Great pond. Question, is that a private road through the property N to south at that turn around? IF so, that's handy. As for hunting it, do you hunt the N/W side of that pond/property? It looks to have two smaller poinds too in the far south end? Very nice.

I think it looks like many years of hard work if starting to pay off!
Congrats, that sure looks like some fine bedding area in those trees.

thats quality--theres a million things you could do with that if you so chose that can be seen without even setting foot on the land!....places for food plots, areas to add a little more cover...congrats on a dream spot.
