Why is it after a post drops off the first page it is soon forgotten?

Well, it looks like noone has answered your questions, so I guess I will. My guesses are as follows:

In Delaware County, Ohio just north of Columbus, that sweet piece of property would go for easy 1.25 Mill. $20,000.00 an acre and $250,000.00 for the house. Depending on what township it was in, that pricecould go up drastically!

Asfor what you paid for it, my guess is 500 grand.

My guesses are: Nashville TN - $400,000.00
YouPayed - $100,000.00

I'm thinking you got it very cheap b/c you asked us to guess, that is the reason I guessed what I did. If you bought outright from an agent I would guess $765,000.00.

Can we plan an HNI hunting get together at your place, you have everything we need to set up camp in style.

You have a great looking place, Congrats!

A dream come true for me!!! Please put some trail cams up so we can see some pics of the real deal. There's nothing like that Iowa MASS. Last year I made up my mind, if I head out west on a guided hunt, it's gonna be Iowa.

As for the real estate - I'm pretty sure we're somewhere around $90,000 an acre - and the house I'm gonna guess... $200,000with out buildings (my dad is a real estate appraiser - there's a lot that goes into it, and the fact that you have camp ground probably greatly enhances the value.)

So... 4.79 million in Southeastern DE (near the DE Bay and the Ocean)... seriously.

It can vary up here. Right now there's a 250 acre farm for sale for $250,000

I would guess $300,000. I'm figuring about $1500 an acre for the land and $225,00 for the other stuff.

Beautiful place. That place would run somewhere around 800,000 to 1,000,000 here, if it could be developed on. Thats what sucks around here.

Some interesting guesses on prices. I am now really glad I live in Iowa (although a 250 acre farm in NY for $250K is a steal). Paid $240K for all to include a JD 4110 Diesel tractor with implements (mower, tiller, auger, 3 pt blade, & front loader). Hope to have the campgrounds open next year. Got a trail cam up on one trail and hope to pick up more cam's soon. Hope to have pics soon. Caught a 3 lb crappie last night after work and a bunch of 2 lb blue gills.
