Default Legal shooting time???

Here in MN legal shooting starts 30 minutes before sunrise (6:59am tomorrow) the question is.... If you have a nice shooter buck in front of you at 6:20am and there is enough light to make a good shot. 9 minutes before you can legally shoot. Let him walk or take the shot?????

Wait till legal shooting time, it is the right thing to do IMO. And he hopefully he won't go to far during the 9 minutes.

Thats a tough one to answer, im kind of a guy who sticks to the books so I would probably wait the 9 min. Even though it would be pure torture. Just my opinion though. Good Luck!

I'll come clean.

I don't look at sunrise/sunset predictions. I shoot if I have sufficient light to do so, ethically.

That's what I do.

GMMAT I'm with you on this one I never look at the times either, but I was intrested to see how many people would actually wait on him. If there is enough light I would take the shot.
