That reminds me of another...
You know why they can't solve homocides in WVA?
There are no dental records and all the DNA is the same!

So all the farmers have to have their corn and beans off to then. You just are not allowed to hunt over bait piles. Like anyone will know anyways.

I dont understand why I the state next to us doesnt allow baiting? What's the point? yes, I bait. Who cares? It's legal here, and i'm going to do it if I want. But yes, if it's illegal there, you probbably shouldnt do it[&:]

On the subject of baiting, the part that I find just amazing is that in the Winter, when a guy that wants to get protein blocks, pellets, and corn to his deer, he can't find it anywhere. On the contrary, look in any Gander Mountain a month or a few weeks before archery starts up and its all they can get on their shelves. I am not naive in saying this due to Gander Mountain being located in many states that allow baiting, but here in PA it is like that every year.

I started a thread about hunting over feeders (bait piles) for that very reason. It's obviously atouchy subject because it (the law) variesfrom state to state. In some it's ok and in others you would be in a WORLD of hurt if you get caught baiting.
It's funny how you can drive over a state line and it's a normal way of hunting.......go BACK over the line again and you are an unethical, slob, illegal hunter who will lose his/her license to hunt, firearm or bow and may even end up with a criminal record.

This isn't a baiting debate, it's a blatant breaking the law. If he was in a state that baiting was LEGAL, no one would have busted his chops.

And how may that differ from hunting on sunday? concealed carry laws? Hell even bag limit laws. People alabama can shoot 2 a day all season(paraphrasing I don't know exactly) I do that and I'm a poaching criminal.
