I also hope he is okay, I would definitly pay for one. Several years with out a deer now. Just luck of the draw. I hear of people getting one from the same spot I've been in. All a matter of timing.

I have forgotten mine a few time while in the field and didn't see a thing. every time i have it on i see deer the whole time in the field. i never leave the house with out it.

Bob, was good enough to send me one back in the day. I've moved 3 times across 3 states and lost it in the mix.

The spirit of the Cardeer will always be with us that were in touch with him. Hope he's OK and gets back on. He had some wild stories.

Cardeer moved to a mountain topto a place I won't let out.Lots of stuff going on with the inlaws brought on the move.He has a cell phone but can't get service on the mountain. He comes down occaisonaly and if he gets to a computer he will often check in but it has been a long time. I do have his cell # but I never can complete a call. Last I heard he and Nancyhis son Chris (midman was one of his many names on HNI)and his grandsonwere all back together. Here is a pic of me and Rob with Cardeer at his place to what Rob speaks of.
