You may very well be correct. However, a man must always remain humble in order that he receive any real respect. Not that he needs it but how do you think Clay got mine? There is respect for someone as a business man and then there's a greater respect for him as a man.

Rob, here in PA you'd be right, hopefully it's a different story here. Estates are great properties to get in on if you can. There is some good bucks there, and usually the land is not as pressured. One of my buddies has a honey hole that is on 2 different estate properties, and there are some good bucks there.

Hmmmm, looks like he his trying to save some money by having you hunt there. Translation, he and the wife don't like deer eating their flowers and shrubs! In my experience most people mistake celebrity behavior for wealty people behavior.

Celebrities for the most part behave badly, while non famous wealthy people behave the opposite.
