cougar! I seen that pic along time ago. I think it was supposedly thrown up there after it was struck by a vehicle?

Doe was hit by a fast running train , impact was so hard it knock her way up on the power lines

I would say the train theory sounds good. Rail Roads are the worst next to phone companies for maintaining there poles and them poles appear to have the small old insulators like the RR uses with a bunch of missing like I see on most of the RR poles around here. A train would have the plow on the front to launch it up there also. Could be a photo shop, but I think they would have made it alot better if it was.
