Do any of you do anything to prevent your backs from sweating when you have a backpack on? I sweat like crazy just walking in and having a backpack on makes it worse. I'm thinking about addind foam rolls to the top and bottom of my pack to see if that will let the air in enough to prevent my back from sweating.

Letting air flow is about the only way to prevent that, have you considered switching to a frame style pack, preferably an outside frame model?
