Should i get the kind that goes through the loopy or the kind that just pinches the string, cause im gettin a new bow soon, and want a release, and dont know much about bows so i'll rely heavily on you guys, cause you know what your doin, so thanks.

Its up to you. I personally like they kind that pinch together around the string.

Get a Scott archery release, they are amazing. Ishoot the Lil' goose.
