    That experance thread got me woundering

    How long has everyone been shooting a bow?

    I started shooting at the YMCA when I was about 8yrs old--I'm almost 46 now.I've been bow hunting for about 25yrs

    3 months for me, I started my kids then too. They're 8, 6 1/2 and 5 , I wish I had had someone to teach me young.

    I had a stick bow at probably 8 years old or so. Going on 20 years now I guess. I would say I have been shooting year round several times a week since I was probably 12 or so, and then finally started competing a little over 2 years ago.
