All depends on the time of the year and varies by the weather. During the early season I get out fo the stand between 9-11am. Come late OCT and NOV Im out all day if the weather cooperates. And during the late season I typically only hunt evenings.

Morning, about 40 min befor daylight till 10 or 11:00,Evening, 2;00 till dark, unless I know ones going through in between that time.

I cant speak for everywhere but based on these times here in Wi just stay on stand all day. By end of Oct 4:45 pm is about it and your only missing a couple other hours based on these times of OGW

What BHJim said "illegal hunting hours till illegal hunting hours." I don't like making noise and scent tracks to/from my stand. Also get to see some beautiful wildlife during the day.

I usually stay up until right after it gets too dark to shoot. Unless there are obvious deer in the are and then I might wait a little longer. I need a flashlight walking out.

I usually stay in stand until about 10 in early season. I come out until around 230 and I sit until dark. That is unless its around rut....then its an all day occasion
