The only time I get nervous is when the wind starts blowing hard. I had a tree blow down about 40 feet away from me one year. It was a pretty scary experience.

NO FEAR!!!!! except spiders-yuk!!!!
+1 I have been bitten before and it sucks. The first thing I do is look all over the tree for spiders.

Ihave acrophobia. It takes me about 20 minutes afterI get in my API archer stand to get comfortable with the height. IfI use a stand with a front rail I'm fine though.

DITTO!!

Im usually fine by time the season rolls around from stand shooting. I do notice I am much more comfortable if I feel the seat touching my leg. Gives me more of a stable feeling.

I'm not afraid of heights........... I'm afraid of falling from 25 feet with nothing between me and planet Earth [:-].

The only time I get nervous is when the wind starts blowing hard. I had a tree blow down about 40 feet away from me one year. It was a pretty scary experience.
Actually that's about the only time I get a little nervous. I've seen the same thing happen and it makes you wonder after that. Whenever the wind starts blowing good I start wondering how sturdy the tree I'm in and the ones around me are
