Probably about as many as red-headed people who hunt without hats.

Haha...yeah I'm red-headed and hunt with a hat. But I guess I got the required blaze orangefor gun season covered year round.

Deer can't see red so being red headed shouldn't be a problem.
My skin is very fair, so I wear the long sleeves. I have thought about putting stripes on my arms with charcoal for camo, but the mosquitoes always change my mind.
Snakes here are active until just before thanksgiving, so no shorts for me either.

If the mosquitos are not too bad, I have worn short sleeves (camo). Being as we are not really white (like a deers tail) the shadows and cover of the tree is usually enough to hide a "white" person. That said, I still prefer my ultralight long sleeves for warm weather most of the time.

For deer, long pants, treated with bug spray on my socks and lower third of pants, tee shirt, long sleved shirt that I put on before I climb, safety harness, Primos Bow vest, Thermacell attached to climber, head net and camo gloves go on once I get set up and camo ball cap...
When I get done, all they see are the whites of my eyes...
