im going this coming weekend and im really starting to get excited just wondering if anyone else has gone or is going archery goat hunting. My best friend tagged a real nice one last weeked on the opening day in SD.

I get excited as well for archery goats. Still haven't decided if I will be able to make the trip yet this year though I might have to skip work for a few days an go since they didn't draw me for a rifle goat tag [:@]

where in SD do u hunt??

My buddy and I are talking about doing this. Looks like an awesome type of hunt.

i will have to say when u get that antelope screamin up to a decoy tryin to run u off and stick him at just a few yards man its a rush i am just plain addicted to antelope hunting in general

I hunt goats and deer in Harding/Perkins County. Where do you hunt?

i hunt all in either ziebach or jones long ways apart but its where i got the best hunting

I have hunted them one time. I killed a nice one 2nd day. Ifwas closer, I might hunt them again, but now I am just hunting whitetails.

Me too, very excited. This is going to be an exciting and very memorable (laughing wise) hunt. Joing GMMAT will be myself, Matt / PA, Greg / MO, Kidd642 and 4 others....can't wait.
