Twild.. No I have an understanding wife and I get to hunt a lot without hassle.However, if I were to neglect Family and Household, in my pursuits, without balance, then yes it would be a problem and rightly so.

She’s figured out that when I’m gone hunting she has time to go on her own ‘hunting trips’ (especially on my longer out of state hunts). Her hunts generally take place at malls and her favorite outlet stores.

23 years and she doesn't give me nearly the grief she used to...just a little to remind me from time to time. hehehehehe
When ya' live it 24/7 - 365 the season doesn't really end...just picks up where ya' left off!

I pretty much stay in trouble all the time. Deserving or not. So its no different during hunting season. She really enjoys the fact that I hunt Then watch college football when I am not in the woods. GO TIGERS!

My wife has mellowed out the last couple of years, but we have this running joke about she is allowed to get a boyfriend during deer season. At least I hope it is a joke.
