I tune my arrows bareshaft first then add feathers. So if theyhit on target with no feathers they definitely will with even wet feathers. Never noticed a difference.

If your feathers look bad you can also boil some water and hold the feathers over the steam. They will come out looking brand new. Feathers are the way to go in my opinion. They can be so messed up and still fly perfect!

Good post!, and thanks for sharing. I've shot feathers for 18yrsand never had not one problem with rain, sleet, snow or anything else so i guess thats why i still shoot them.Featherslook better too! ![Wink](https://www.huntingnet.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)
