2 little tips for things that have either almost cost me.....or made me do strange things......

1. If you hunt with a facemask....and use a kisser button.....you need to be figuring out how you're gonna do both, right now. First deer I took last year....I thought I had practiced it....but it didn't feel right when the moment of truth came. I was at full draw.....pulling the mask down from my mouth. Worked out fine....but it could have easily went the other way.

Those are two things im goin to be doin but have not done yet thanks for the input i kinda feel stupid out in my yard with a facemask on, shooting my bow lol (i live beside of a fairly heavy traveled road) but if it prevent a mistake come big buck time ill do it fromnow till then, and i wasgoin to put moleskin on my rest but my bow is shootin good right now how bad did it mess with your shooting?

2. If you shoot a fall away.....and you hunt with moleskin on the prongs.....it's time to add it now....and make sure you're still in tune with the added moleskin on there.

Just a heads up on things that have almost bitten me. Good luck.

My kisser button is a knot tied to the string that I touch my nose on. My nose is always poked out of my face mask.

I hear ya, Greg. Whatever works. I don't use one at all.....just align the peep with the sight ring....put the pin on the target and loose it. Like lining up a rifle sight.

To fix the problem of the popcorn sound on wiremesh or aka expanded medal, I used burlap sacks/ feed sacks. It fixed the problem
