Default H & X Nock what's the difference

sorry for the stupid question but what's the difference between and X nock and H nock. I have goldtip XT hunter 7595 arrows and not sure what nock they take. Want to put some Archer's Flame lighted nocks on.

let me know. thanks

I am pretty sure it is the size of the shaft.

Xnocks fit the shafts that use HIT inserts like the EastonAxis and Beman MFX.

H nocks fit the Easton Epic shafts.

Gold tip arrows use Gold Tip nocks or "aftermarket" nocks made specifically to fit Gold Tip shafts. Gold tips inside diameter is slightly larger than the standard Beman, Easton, Carbon Express, etc... etc...

hmm that's odd. I used std. nocks other than gold tip in my arrows and they seem to fit fine. Even used a lumenock and they fit fine too.
