So I guess they are going to start outlawing people who have over 30" draw lengths from hunting.
Ha! The legislator who introduced that bill must have a 26" draw and be mad because he'll never hit 300 with anything but a crossbow!
I don't see how, or why that would be legitamite. What it may have stemmed from is the restrictions/minimums on arrow weight, poundage/let-off, or the cutting diameter of broadheads.
