I've been eating these for weeks, now. I also have limited my diet to tree bark, indigenous plants to my hunting area and small insects. I drink only water from the creek that runs through the woods I hunt......but will occasionally squeeze the nectar from a persimmon or two for a change.
I am bathing in the pond across the street......using soaps derived from pine cone extract. My clothes have been hermetically sealed in dirt and dried berry vines since Last December.....and my treestands are vacuum sealed in bags containing only organic fauna.
As we speak.....I'm at my office desk in a bubble containing sparrow dander; an old squirrel's nest and the essence of tick. I am also on a tink's 69 I.V. drip.
I am set to kill a good buck this year.....but I haven'tgotten laid in a month.

Personally I am a scent control FREAK! I firmly believe that shooting an arrow constitutes only 10 percent of hunting. 5% is overcoming buck fever and 85 % is getting close to the buck (this is broken down into being where the bucks are, being quiet, and being scent free). I am a big proponent of not using ANY cover scents but making the best effort to remove all scent. I’m no pro but here's what I do:
1. I take Chlorophyll tablets for one month prior to bow hunting. Everyday.
2. I wash all of my cloths and underwear in Scent free soap (be sure to run a few towels through the washer and dryer to clean out any soap film from that flowery crap your missus uses.
3. Scent-free wash your shower towels.
4. Wash boots in scent free soap.
5. Shave and cut hair short. Hair accounts for most body odor.
6. Store all hunting clothes in Charcoal-lined Bags, and then seal them in plastic bags for transportation.
7. I reduce the amount of meat I eat in the week prior to hunting as meat has a stronger odor when you sweat. (Don't want to have that carnivore smell in the woods)
8. I empty my bowels before every hunt.
9. I shower right before going in the woods (if possible) and after step 8. (don’t wait to you’ve finished showering to crap,. Kind of defeats the purpose)
10. I wear the bare amount of clothes and carry my hunting clothes and boots to the edge of the woods I hunt. I carry these bags with gloves to reduce hand oil odor.
11. I have head-to-toe Dream Season carbon clothing, paying special attention to the top of my head. Tighten straps on wrists and ankles
12. I spray EVERYTHING down with scent eliminating spray. Body, boots, bow, climbing stand, head, neck, backpack.
13. I walk slowly through the woods so as not to overheat carry all my gear.
14. I try not to touch anything in the woods during my walk.
15. I try to hunt from above 20 feet in the trees. This helps to disperse you scent among the leaves.
16. After I have climbed my tree and get settled I use scent eliminating wipes to wipe down any perspiration on my face and neck.
17. I chew scent eliminating gum (most gums are pretty hideous but I really like the flavor of Scent Blocker gum)
18. Bring a bottle to piss in.
19. I try to eat foods as snacks that may help attract deer but definitely don’t scare them away. (Apples = Good, Deer Jerky = Bad)
20. Every hour or so I may wipe my head and neck down to reduce odors.
And that’s about it. There all sorts of other things I do. I quit smoking (probably the smartest thing you can do to get close to big bucks). I make my wife stop using perfume and dryer scent sheets when washing the bed linen in the weeks prior to my leaving to hunt.
All of this may sound like a waste of time but it has done me pretty good so far. This is only my third season of bow hunting. I took a 4 by 5 - 14 pt. buck last year from 22 yards. And while he was not directly downwind of me, he was down wind. I believe that scent control is the second most important thing you can invest in next to picking the proper hunting location. And even if it is overkill, it sure doesn’t hurt to reduce your BO.
If you do use Chlorophyll Tablets be sure to check the ingredients. The first batch I bought had mint added to it. Not good. I found another batch that was pure Alfalfa. Since I hunt in the woods that border an Alfalfa field I think this may help.

3stone:
While your regimen is impressive.....IMO....these two issues I have highlighted should really concern you. I've only been in the woods ONCE in 2 years when I didn't shower beforehand.
Also....if you shower each time....the second won't matter.
Just my observation.

.. I applaud your regimen..No way I'm doing all that.Perhaps you should cut down allthe movement in your stand (16-20)?

I have been taking them. I figure it can't hurt. I usually start about a week before season, then take a couple a day. Also, if you chew them, it helps with your breath.
