I have one that no one will think of... How about good cover? Honestly it works wonders for me. The cover that I hunt the most is 6 foot tall switch grass and lots of it. Where I hunt there arent many big woods and the deer (especially bucks) love the thick grass...jerks. Its so tall and thick you can only see the tips of their antlers when the stand fully upright, but it keeps them in the same general area.

Pure vanilla extract has worked for me in the past. Brought the deer in right under my stand and they were eating the bark off the tree I sprayed it on. Don't really use it anymore though.

BTW: I don't think I Hershey bar would be a good thing to put out for deer. Chocolate kills....seriously though.

Acorns...

Apparently certain white oak trees have better tasting acorns than others. Sort of like certain grape vines produce better tasting wine, these trees always bring deer in year after year. Find one of those trees, and thats the secret to success in the fall where I hunt! That and keeping the dogs away!

I use nothing, I keep totally scent free as I can, I do not put anything down. I hunt the terrain(funnels and chokepoints). I seem to have deer around me all the time

I used "nothing" deer Attractant
