Default Fletching

Hey im a newbie at bow hunting. Picked up a used Matthews Z-Max off a member on this board. I adjusted the sights and have been working with it alot. Last night at about 25 or30 yards I got all four arrows in the bulls eye so close that all arrows are touching each other. Only problem is I was using broadheads and I sliced one of the fletchings in half. Here comes the question. How hard is it to replace the fletchings or if it isnt that easy how expensive is it to get it done. As I alsohave about a dozen old alum. arrows that Would be nice to use for target practice

You'll need a jig to re-fletch the arrows,It's not hard at all. As for the old arrows they must be the same size weight and spine as you good arrows.

It is definitely worth learning to do your own arrows. It will cost you more money in the long run to have your arrows done by a pro shop than you buying the equipment and doing them yourself. Also, you get the arrows done exactly the way you want them. Fletching your own arrows is pretty easy to do and if you search the forums, you can find multiple topics on how and what to do.
