well I like knives and usually have at least 3 on me at all times. (I know, I know)
when hunting I carry a Buck 110, a Schrade multi tool, a spare cheap multi tool in my pack and this knife on my belt

I use a small folding browning knife,it is about the size of my index finger unfolded. That's all I need for gutting. While setting stands I will have a gerber or browning limb saw with me.

I've got a whole box full of Buck knives that don't go anywhere anymore. For the past 10 years or so my knife is a folding Gerber Gator with a 3 inch blade and a rubberized handle. That's all I use in the woods. When I get to boning out the deer I may grab one of the larger Bucks... but it's really not necessary. This Gerber will rip open a chest cavity and do anything I want.

I hunt most of the time by myself so I go in knife heavy. You never know when you will need what. I thought I had all of my knives pictures here at work but I don't. So I will post the two that I have and the rest later.

I bought this kit for skinning

Top Left - CUTCO...for the guy looking for one. This one gets strapped to my side and stays there.
Top Right - Best skinning knife there is.
Bottom Right - spare knife
Bottom Left - knife my dad brought back from Vietnam. Great knife for hitting or getting through bone.
