Coug, this may be what he's thinking of, and would probably provide the ultimate in comfort... it's Summit's Trophy Chair. They're incredibly comfortable; I bought one for my father about three years ago.
And Coug's right; you can just pick up platforms from Summit as well.
Hmmm.. pick shows up on the preview screen, but won't post. Oh well. It's a sweet seat even if I can't link to it

I was thinking about doing something similar. Leaving the top part of my summit viper in the tree, and putting a latter up to it. However, do you guys worry about squirrles, or any other animal, eating the padding on the seat or arm rests or anything else ruining it?

I have the LoneWolf Alpha hang-on and I love it so I would suggest LoneWolf.

Summit does have just a platform available, but to my knowledge their is no way to attach any type of seat to it.

While were on treestands i have a problem. I cant shoot out of my hang on because the platform is too small for my big feet. And my stance is very wide. Is there a way to change my ways before october?

I know all of my hang on stands have a flip up seat. I like to stand most of the time and it is nice that it is out of the way. You may want to try one of the model equiped with one.
