I put yes age matters, however It totally depends on the situation.
If a 12 year old is trying to give me hunting advice, I might smile and listen, but chances are its pretty much a passthrough. On the other hand if I post on this Forum that I got a new brand of arrows and I am having trouble with getting my feathers to stick to them and that same 12 year old posts, me and my Dad have been using so-n-soto clean those shafts with, such-n-such to glue them on, and been shooting them 3 months without any problems, Well then I'm all ears!

I listen to what everyone has to say as long as it is making sense.

In my case, I feel like recently my posts have been more informative compared to when I first started posting here at 14. Not really hunting wise because I will admit that I am a VERY novice hunter and still VERY much learning the sport. I have been hunting for roughly 4years on stand by myself. The only hunting related advice that I give is basic run of the mill advice. As far as how to set up and everything I'm all ears. Something I feel where my opinion is more worthy is with bows. I have really been putting in my time shooting different bows and other gear. In fact, the job I'm getting ready to start I got because of my knowledge of bows and talking archery with the owner. I'm ready to keep learning and learn a little more on how to tune, serve, and doing other things like that.

Age and post count don't mean anything to me. It's all about reputation. If someone builds a good reputation by posting quality posts...chances are I will read through their posts. But there are a few people (even older people) on this site that seem like they can't list a serious post to save their life....needless to say, I usually skip over their posts. There is a wealth of info on this site, I will never have time to read it all, so I definitly don't need to waste my time ready useless info.
Hey, I resent this post. Every now and then I try to put a little thought in my post to benefit everyone, even if it's mis-information.

Nope age has nothing to do with it. I learn something new everyday.

Sums it up for me ..... bottom line..... someone like Hunsucker, a young man who consistantly scores on nice bucks, as well as playing camera man and watching others score on nice bucks, HIS age doesn't matter IMO as it is trumped by his success and time in the woods learning
