The 3d is a great chioce. I wear a total concealment system in scentlok. It came from cabelas website. It's the full 3d leafy suit, with 3/4 facemask and the hood. It's the best thing I've ever bought when it comes to being unseen in the woods. I definately suggest the TCS in scentlok from cabelas.

ASAT

The pattern works.
The suit is cost effective.
It is basically mesh with the leaves attached.
You can hunt in shorts and a T shirt or a snow mobile suit.
Somewhere around $140 has you covered LOL

First of the season I wear a pair of shorts, t-shirt, and face mask. Honestly.
I am going to buy a ASAT 3d suit for this year and wear the same thing under it.
When it gets colder, I wear whatever i got. I am not a fashion hunter. I have been successful, so why change?

All the camo is about the same its the fabric and the insulation inside the
garment that counts. You'll need early, mid and late season gear. Early season I use light weight cover alls or tee shirt, it depends, mid season I use mid weight (polyester insulation) cover alls and late season I wear gortex bibs and parka with thinsulate.
My season runs Sept 15 to Dec 31. Short seasons you'll need less.
sportsmansguide.com has some decent prices on gear and military stuff. Good luck with your first season.

I really like my LaCross rubber boots. They are very comfortable, scent free and obviously very dry crossing creeks and walking in the dew. Other than my bow [Reflex Buckskin] they are my favorite purchase.

I wear all mossy oak with ribber boots. none of that scent blocker clothing, dont need it if you climb high enough in the tree.
You need to get rid of that Auburn hat, thats your problem!!
Just joking! (I work with two Auburn grads)
