How about each individual pledges an ammount for not meeting the goal and a different ammount for meeting their goal.

Example:

I will pledge $10 if I do not reach my goal for the year and $20 if I do meet it.

I don't understand why it has to be so complicated.

I pledge to donate $25 bucks if I don't achieve my goal of either harvesting a buck on film, or filming somone else kill a buck on film.

If I meet my goal, I'll pledge an additional $1 per inch of antler taken on filmplus my original $25. That way if I win, so does everyone else, and then it's time to party.

Everyone should feel free to pledge as much as they want and for whatever goal or antler requirement they want.

LMAO

I think it took 7 pages of bickering before everybody finally figured out how my $5 bet was going to work. Sometimes, the lights are on, but nobody's home.

So here goes, then......We'll do a poll before the season starts to decide which charity the money goes to:

1. Justin - Buck on film (Harvest or filming). + $1/in. if successful
2. GMMAT - $1/in. if "The bull" or $5/doe or $100 teamdiff. (whichever's highest)

Just cut/paste....add your own.

GMMAT, correct me if I'm wrong, but you wold expect your team members to match your pledge correct?

Justin's idea is more individual, not team oriented.

Just see what I just posted Bob. I don't expect anyone to do anything. This is ALL up to each individual.

Would an individual be able to donate? Perhaps based on their personal goals or just because they would like to help children.

Screw anything to do with your Team. That's going to be nothign but a big mess and complicate this.

Each individual should choose their own dollar amount and their own criteria for donation. If any groups or individuals want to create addendums to their own contributions based upon the performance of others, then they can do that on their own.

For example, this would be my contribution:
$25 if I don't harvest a buck on film, or film someone else harvest a buck.
$25 plus $1 per inch of antler if I reach my goal
Plus an additional $0.25 per inch of antler of the largest buck harvested in the contest

Some else might only want to donate based upon the biggest buck shot in the contest. Someone else might want to donate based upon the score of the winning team. Someone else might want to donate if their score plus their buddy's score is over a certain amount, etc etc. There's an infiniate number of criteria to determine how much you're going to donate, and each person should be able to set their own. I think it will make it more entertaining that way.
