new bow or not

Default new bow or not

iv been shooting a browning rage for 2 years i would like to get a fred bear or pse bow. do u think i should save up for a new bow or wait and add accsessorys to my bow

What accessories do you have now? Does your bow fit you well? At your age (13 if I remember correctly) I would wait until you slow down growing some before you buy a new bow. If memory serves me correct I believe the Rage has 10" of DL adjustment. IMO that's a perfect bow for you .

I would save up and add accessories to a set up you are familiar with already. Accessories that you feel you need.A new bow is going to present a whole other set of challenges and not necessarily compensate for what you feel your current bow lacks.

For hunting purposes, a laser range finder is a much better idea. If you don't own one, then spring for the range finder before a new bow. Stick with your bow and gain some confidence and practice with it and the rangefinder.
