Do southern deer really duck faster?

I have heard it multiple times from differnt sources but does any one on here have the experience to back that up? If so where does the southern "ducking" border start?

Just south of the leprechauns pot of gold. Which is a huge coincidence, becausethe ratio of ducking speed from a northern deer and a southern deer is also the same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns.

I dunno. May be some truth to the claim.

I know a gymnast is much more nimble than a sumo wrestler.

I knew something like this was coming. I was just wondering who would start it.:D:D

The ducking border runs along the 78th parallel.:D They say the gravitational pull south of this line allows the deer to "duck" faster.

Never thought of it that way... Thanks for the perspective

Honestly, I would bet that the reaction times are identical, and the difference may be perceived as faster because the southern deer can get their smaller bodies out of the way faster, not because of reaction time but because of less travel necessary to get out of the way. I don't know if I said that right.
