Yooper it was a joke ($1 an inch).

And I apologize if I misled anyone. I left out the fenced part....because I hadn't thought about that. it wasn't on purpose.

I figured it was a joke on the money. High fence or not, still a doe and still a good buck, no charge. If I'm you, I'm going!

Good Point....and NO....it is NOT a "free-ranging" outfitter. It is NOT. I didn't point that out....simply because I forgot to. This IS a fenced hunt.
I was wondering what the downside was. I was trying to read between the lines. In that case, I'd have to reluctantly follow that little voice in my head know as my conscience and graciously pass on the offer. Believe me, it would be tough to do...but I don't think I could mount or be proud of a trophy that was from a fenced hunt. I wouldn't think badly of you either way...everyone has to do what they are comfortable with.

id totally go for it i mean my fathers biggest deer scored 138 and he had to hunt for 30 years to get one of that size so id say its worth it

Hmmm..well what would I do?? gut reaction without thinking about it at all.. I would go for free..and do the management part take my doe(s) but I'd forgo the buck. Nice expirience to see deer etc but not for a trophy.

Are we talking thousands of acres or hundreds?? I dunno..

"Fenced" and "hunt" just don't go good in the same sentence. If its in a pen you won't have to hunt it.;)

That's a heck of an opportunity to kill a great buck, but the high fence thing makes it a deal killler for me.

With all of the does you have along with the "bull" in your woods I think you would find that time would be better spent going after him.....just my 2 cents.

Since high fence places don't have to operate under the same seasons as your state, you could use it as a tune-up for your bow season. Just a thought...

I guess for me me, it would have to depend on how large the place was. I have never been on a fenced hunt - so can't really comment on how I would feel about it - my first instinct says I wouldn't do it-

If it was free ranging -my response would have been your crazy if you don't
