Gr8, love talking to people inland about salt water fish its funny. I bring lots of fish n shrimp when I goto Oh, or NY for hunting. The Dolphinfish in the picture is lit up, thats the way it looks when you first catch it. After being on ice for a few mins. they will turn blue. Hopes that helped.

just thought I would let you guys know if you want to try the dolphin fish next time you are at your favorite sea food restaurant it on the menu as mahi mahi. and by the way sportsfann those are some great pics. I agree Mako is great eating and so is lemon shark.

Sports.....

We used to keep a couple of TLD15's rigged up for the schoolies (which that one is NOT). When you're that far offshore.....a TLD15 is like a fly rod!

Glad everyone is enjoyn this on the off season. Have plenty of Mahi Mahi vacuum sealed in the freezer as well as some WAHOO.

Not offshore.....but if you're 15mi. and in.....do you ever see a 17' Mako (w/ T-top) --boat named 'In Det'? Good buddy of mine from VERY close to your house. He won the Fishing for Miracles a few years ago, and he launches out of Shem Creek, a lot.

Doesn't ring a bell. But I think I remember your HS Vecter was it the 30 footer on the lift at the IOPs? What is the fishn for mirales? Kingfish tourney?
