I can't wait until they are gone. People everywhere while they are here. As the crow flies, I'm about 2-3 miles, but if I had to drive there this week, it'd take me 45 minutes.

I love the fact that the Open is here, but I'd agree Ry - if I got stuck in U.S. Open-related traffic everyday, I'd blow a gasket. Wonder if Mayor Luke had to sneak in again today? Luke rocks!
Anybody else notice that Tiger has become a muscleboundbeast? He must be really pounding the weights, b/c he's getting big. He's always been in good shape but geez. He's starting to look like a Strong Safety.
My boss should just send me home - been worthless all day - watching golf online.

My brother is going saturday.
Fortunately my commute to work is only minorly affected by the open. I get in pretty early. Coming home it clogs up some but not real bad. I don't have to go thru the real bad areas. There is certainly a huge boost to the local bars & restaurants. They said on the news this will bring more money to the area than last years MLB allstar game.....mostly because this lasts longer I would guess.

For those of you up there in the "Open" area I want to say "I feel for Ya", but I just can't do it.So instead, you're invited to come down here to Augusta to play in the traffic during "Masters" week next year.
