Forgive me as this is so simple it almost sounds stupid.....But........How old are your glasses? Perhaps your prescription has changed, and if, let's say, you have an astigmatism that is being corrected enough that would cause it.
I had the same problem. I went for my yearly eye doctor appointment and had exactly that.....I wear contacts and needed to go to a toric lens to correct the astigmatism......All of a sudden my pin and the target are MUCH more clear......Just a thought....
