Default Interactive Video Archery...

Has anyone done this before? If they have, how was it?

If you have never heard of it is an interactive Video Archery game that is suppose to feature a large, impact sensitive screen upon which a video of an animal is played. The bow hunter then shoots blunt tipped arrows right at the screen. With the magic of technology is shows you where the arrow would have struck a live animal and what the results of that hit would be.

I have seen this but never done it. It looks like it would help alot about how your setup is doing likeKE and so on. It also looked like a lot of fun.

They have that at Lancaster Archery but I haven't tried it. It sounds pretty neat.

The dart screen shoots are a blast i actually used to shoot in a league but got away from it....

BE CAREFUL.. not too get too hooked into it because it teaches very bad habits, you only have a couple seconds or a split second to shoot that perfect shotso therefore you get into a habit of punching your release, rushing your shots on the range or an actual animal,etc... but its not bad if you do it very rarely. IMPO!

Punching the release can be an issue. Very short time to choose a shot on the small game. Not so much of an issue on the Large Game on the one we shot.

It's just a good break from shooting targets and has some benefits in shooting at vitals on "live" animals.
